Beginners parkrun March ’18

The latest beginners graduation parkrun was delayed by a week thanks to the cold weather and the cancelation of almost every parkrun in the Nottingham area. We did manage to rearrange the graduation for 10th March and, despite the weather trying to interfere again, we had a good turn out of Rebels to cheer on the latest beginners group.

Would it even be parkrun if it wasn’t raining?

The Monday night group ran at Forest Rec parkrun and the Tuesday night group ran at Beeston parkrun.

Well done to all of our beginners who completed the course couch to 5k course in some very challenging conditions over the 8 weeks.
