Graduation parkrun at Colwick August 2019

Back in July we welcomed a new collection of runners from across Nottingham who joined us for our beginners couch to 5k programme. The eight week course operated at the Portland Leisure Centre on Monday nights and Woodthorpe Park on Thursday nights.

We’ve now had another fantastic graduation parkrun and this time we were at Colwick. Well done to all our graduates and many thanks to all our rebel supporters who were running and volunteering.
